We all have different behaviours that will indicat

We all have different behaviours that will indicate to us that something is not right or that we don’t feel good within ourselves. When we offer ourselves the space to reflect on these behaviours we can step in to manage the behaviours before it gets to a crisis or we are burnt-out.

It’s so easy to put on a mask and or isolate yourself from everyone else when you feel that things aren’t ok. But you don’t have to put on that mask and pretend - there is support and friends and family who want to support.

It’s so important to take care of our mind, body and energy 🤍

⚠️No relationship is perfect. It takes effort from both sides and that looks different for each person based on past experiences and your love language. Relationships are work in progress. In your relationship as you go through experiences your relationship will go through transitions and will evolve - after-all it takes two to tango.

🫶🏼Great relationships aren't great because there are no problems. They're great because both people care enough about the other person to make it work.

🌼Relationships do not just have to be romantic, we can also see relationships such as those with family and friends.

🌻Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in another’s mind. Typically, gaslighters are seeking to gain power and control over the other person, by distorting reality and forcing them to question their own judgment and intuition. There is so much more to gaslighting and not something I can put into one post. This post is simply to share awareness.

🌼There are so many ways to gaslight, but I wanted to share some examples of what gaslighting can look like. I will share more about this topic in future posts.
